Llano county is located in the Hill County of Central Texas.  Llano is the leading deer-hunting county and hosts the annual Bluebonnet festival.  The City of Llano is the county seat and was organized in 1856.  Other towns include Kingsland, Bluffton, Buchanan Dam, Horseshoe Bay, Sunrise Beach, Tow and Valley Spring.  This county is home to Lake Buchanan and the Enchanted Rock State Natural Area in Texas.  The Service industry is the primary employer in the county.
